For those who target muscles building, the workout plan may include more weightlifting or muscular endurance exercises than cardio. This is the main reason why having a goal behind your workout plan is the first thing to ask yourself.

Once your goal is set, you must select how much time you want to give into your workout. If you’re a beginner, you don't have to start with 7/7 workouts. This will unmotivated you quickly and you will give up fast. Instead, start slow and realistic. If you want to start 2 times a week, it's perfectly fine. As long at it help you keep on track. You must also find a specific moment of the day devoting yourself to working out. Whether you're a night owl or a morning bird, finding your perfect time will help you stay motivated.
3- Find exercises

You can find exercises on the web or even by watching YouTube videos. Indeed, some youtubers have routine that might respond to your demands. It doesn't have to be perfect because you're starting out. If, for example, you want to lose weight, interesting exercises would be running, jumping rope or other exercises that focus on burning calories. Again, don't start with an expert’s level when you haven't even tried the beginner one. You will stop before even starting.
4- Learn discipline
This is repeated all the time, but your workout won't be complete without you following it. So, be consistent to actually reach your goal. Following your workout plan from time to time will never help. If you feel like it needs an upgrade than give it one. Do not start to find reasons to skip this workout of your because you're the only one who can discipline yourself to DO IT.
5- Upgrading
This is an important one. If you truly wish to see results, it's important to set a time for your workout. In other word, at some point, you will need a certain change in the intensity to continue your growing. After a certain time, your body adapts to the intensity you set for yourself. At this point, you will want to upgrade. You could set yourself 4 weeks to follow the workout you have set and then go for some changes. Those changes might be running for 5 minutes longer or higher the lifting weight. They really depend on how you feel.
